Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students through inbound and outbound interactions to guide them toward successful admissions.
- Provide end-to-end admission counselling by understanding student needs, career aspirations, and learning preferences.
- Deliver virtual or telephonic counselling sessions, product demos, and course walkthroughs.
- Address student and queries related to curriculum, learning outcomes, pricing, certifications, and placement support.
- Negotiate course fees, discounts, and payment plans within company guidelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high conversion and enrollment rates.
- Update and manage CRM systems with accurate lead, inquiry, and admission data.
- Track daily calling activity and weekly/monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, academics, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
- Build long-term relationships with students to drive renewals, referrals, and upselling of advanced programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, academic counselling, inside sales, or EdTech sales
- Excellent counselling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve admission targets
