Key Responsibilities
1. School Engagement & Outreach
- Identify and connect with schools, principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
- Build strong, long-term relationships to promote partnerships.
- Organize visits and presentations to showcase offerings.
2. Business Growth & Sales
- Drive sales and revenue by presenting products/services to schools.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly outreach and conversion targets.
- Prepare and negotiate partnership proposals and contracts.
3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, and referrals.
- Maintain a CRM record of outreach activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Forecast potential leads and conversions.
4. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Work with marketing teams to run campaigns and awareness drives.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and demos within school environments.
- Represent the company at school events and exhibitions.
5. Relationship Management
- Act as a point of contact for partner schools.
- Address queries, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
- Support retention strategies to renew and expand partnerships.
