Job Description :
• Understand customers’ business needs and provide solutions using LeadSquared platform.
• Understand the existing ecosystem of the Customer and devise the best processes to Integrate with
existing systems of the customer.
• Work with customers in a consultative approach and suggest the industry best practices for the
solution to be implemented.
• Define Project Charter with customer and execute it making the customer live within the agreed
timeframe.
• Actively involve with customer and act as a Key Point of Contact for all customer discussions &
escalations.
• Should have good documentation skills.
• Regularly publish status to client and internal stakeholders on the project progress.
• Work closely with internal team to ensure better service to customer.
• Work closely with the product development team to share client feedback and for postimplementation reviews.
• Track key metrics and KPIs related to implementation success.
• Participate in group level initiatives, help in defining product roadmap & work on process
improvements.
• Review team progress, project health in Project Management tool, and take the corrective measure to
mitigate any risks.
• Identify implementation areas that can be automated and work with the product or customer success
teams to automate them.
• Single Point of Contact with LeadSquared in solving all development requirements on time.
• Intiate Lead Squared Payments on time
