Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence for various products coming under the following categories.
o SaaS (Software as a Service)
o CLaaS (Content and Learning as a Service)
o e-Conference & e-Journal
Work with marketing team on effective strategies and finding reference Channel Partners and Target Customers through B2B and B2B2C model.
Identifying business prospects and reach out to Domestic or international customers to achieve sales
Interact with customers in understanding their requirements and prepare business proposal
Responsible for the entire sales process customer acquisition to closure, as well as account management.
Responsible for heading up for expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
Travel to areas where needs are projected.
Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
Demonstrate product features before a sale.
Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
Publish go-to-market strategy setting up product positioning, target customers and end users.
Suggest new product concepts, enhancements and potential new partnerships.
Present quotes and suggest solutions on customers needs.
Update on product information, pricing and contract terms.
Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
