Job Description

To secure the credibility of the organization online - Employer Branding activities
To frequently monitor the talks about brand online in various platforms : glassdoor, indeed, ambitionbox and more
  • Utilizes a strong knowledge of Brand management online - Employer branding in glassdoor and other sites
  • Creating and implementing strategies for creating positive reputation for a brand
  • Manage multiple accounts across different platforms (An organised person!)
  • Competitive analysis and bench-marking.
  • Monitoring brand mentions across all channels
  • Managing in-house social media tools and other digital platforms to initiate listening to the brand and ensure Quality compliance of the deliverable
  • Should be also capable of handling some of the marketing activities
